 OSHAMA is an organization with a mission to provide youths and young adults an opportunity to EXPLORE the many opportunities available to them as they grow. It allows them to understand who they are, who they can be, and what they can do.

Opportunity, Scholarship, Historical, Awareness, Mentors, and  Achievement.

To enroll your child, simply fill out our online registration form.

Once a sign-up form is received, an invitation will be sent for Orientation. Once Orientation is completed, an invitation to join a Monday.com Board will be provided.

A Mentor in OSHAMA volunteers their time to provide encouragement and leadership to participants in the program.

OSHAMA welcomes ages Pre-K - High School Seniors.

Yes, the Interview badge must be earned at every level before beginning any other badge.

Badges are earned by completing requirements through discovery, exploration, reflection, and sharing experiences.
